2 Days of Inspiration, Exploration, Debate + Discussion

The Centre for Research in Music and Media Technologies invites submissions to “Human v AI,” an interdisciplinary conference examining creative, technical, and cultural dynamics across three streams: Human, Human–AI, and AI. The event covers methods and tools for developing creative works, with emphasis on: what humans do that AI cannot, how humans and AI collaborate, and exemplary methods of producing works that are entirely AI-generated. Disciplines include art, music composition and performance, musicology and ethnomusicology, sound design and audio engineering, media arts practice, interactive and installation art, human–computer interaction, XR and immersive media, and creative computing and AI research, with a particular focus on generative AI in music and media.
